因该是  复制oracle 软件到远程节点的时候发现 节点 间 时间不同步 ，

建议 在安装10g CRS前 手工同步下时间 ， 但是有时候因为VMware 时钟的关系 会导致 同步了时间后 还会出现大的 差异。 其实我本人更推荐使用 Vbox  来替代Vmware。

VM 中做RAC， 我的习惯是， 使用一个节点建立 NTP， 另一个节点，每隔4秒钟同步一次时间。

这样可以避免时间误差，导致的RAC安装失败。
