日志文件

在数据库正常运行时，
SQL> select * from v$log;

此时利用OS命令将redo03.log日志文件删除后

为什么在数据库处于open状态时，将正在使用的redo03.log日志文件删除后，通过v$log视图查询得知current日志文件还是group 3，而且能够对数据库进行建表操作，那么日志都写到了哪个地方？
如何才能打开数据库，各位大侠给个解决方案？
