Grid Infrastructure 11.2.0.4安装问题

各位老大，在windows server2008上安装Oracle Grid Infrastructure 11.2.0.4的时候出现问题，向各位请教！
【描述】：安装检查中提示如下
INFO: 多点传送检查: 此任务检查子网中的网络接口是否能够通过多点传送 IP 地址进行通信
INFO: Severity:CRITICAL
INFO: OverallStatus:OPERATION_FAILED
【问题】是不是需要支持多播？Windows server是不是在DHCP上设置多播域就能解决这个问题？

Grid Infrastructure runInstaller in silent mode fails with the following:

[FATAL] [INS-13013] Target environment do not meet some mandatory requirements.

INFO: Adding ExitStatus PREREQUISITES_NOT_MET to the exit status set



Manual check of the failed items confirms it's a false warning. In interactive mode, user can click on "Ignore All" to move forward, however, in silent mode, installer will exit. Since it's false positive, the following option can be added to workaround the issue:



$ runInstaller -ignorePrereq  -silent -responseFile <grid.rsp>


Caution: before using this option, user must manually verify the failure and confirm it's a false positive.
