Oracle RAC打PSU出错

今天给新搭建的Oracle RAC打PSU
系统：红帽6.4
数据库:11.2.0.3.0
GI:11.2.0.3.0
PSU:11.2.0.3.6
OPatch:11.2.0.3.4
按照readme执行，一步一步来，最后安装，刚开始很顺利，但是到最后，大家看看先

之后集群服务就起不来了。

没有头绪不知道怎么去修复，rollback也用不了
请高手出出招。

然后我再问一下,打PSU补丁按照readme来做我只在UNIX环境下opatch auto成功过
在linux环境下就没有成过，是不是还是应该自己一步步来打啊？求解惑。
