我想问下 oracle自动任务默认分析修改10%的表，在哪里可以修改这个百分比

STALE_PERCENT
STALE_PERCENT - This value determines the percentage of rows in a table that have to change before the statistics on that table are deemed stale and should be regathered. The default value is 10%.

11g新加入到dbms_stats的一个参数
