如何分析JOB失败的详细原因！

生产环境有一个job，偶尔会运行失败。在alert日志里面可以看到如下信息：

这个里面只能看到过程失效。过程很简单，里面引用了一张远程的表做查询的。但是日志中也看不到dblink相关的报错日志。


想请教下，有没有什么办法，看到更加详细的日志。
