oracle意外宕机

os：windows 2003 Enterprise X64   Service Pack 2 （5.2 版本3790）16G内存

oracle版本:10.2.0.5 单机
--添加：以前使用 MSCS和failsafe 做的双机 现在修改成单机

存储：ds4700 文件系统肯定够用

数据库意外宕机2次，附件为日志，请协助查看

2013-2-2 7:00 左右m001进程死掉造成数据库宕机，日志里只写了m001进程死掉，怀疑os导致oracle宕机

2013-2-2 9:20 左右先报出ora-07445之后dbwr进程死掉，pmon发现dbwr进程死掉造成数据库宕机

2次宕机os一直没有死掉，只有数据库宕了

查看操作系统日志发现很多组策略报错

我不知道这个问题是由于操作系统导致的数据库宕机还是数据库的bug
