11G r2 2.0.2升级2.0.2.3异常中断再运行报错

平台redhat5.5+11g r2(2.0.2)x86_64,2个节点，测试机
操作内容：11.2.0.2升级到11.2.0.2.3

在1节点执行没什么异常
2节点执行如下:
