11.2.0.2RAC升级11.2.0.3时报错 ORA-15158: rolling upgrade prevented by PI...

环境:linux 5.4 x86 64+11.2.0.2 RAC,今天在做数据库升级时遇到如下错误，当在第一个节点执行rootupgrade.sh时报错：
[root@rac1 asm11203]# sh rootupgrade.sh

    ORACLE_HOME=  /oracle/asm11203

/oracle/asm11203/log/rac1目录下没有最新的日志，还哪里会记录关于升级的日志信息？
