ORA-00308: 无法打开归档日志 '/archlog2/pcxdb2_152645_756384558.arc'
ORA-27037: 无法获得文件状态
然后是diag 进程做dump：
请帮我分析下原因,谢谢
'/archlog2是2号节点的归档目录。

是否确认 '/archlog2/ 在2个节点上都是共享可用的，否则inst1  试图归档thread 2 的日志是 报错是很正常的。

仅当 redo 相关的thread close时 其他实例会帮助归档 该thread上的 在线日志 online redo logfile  "交叉归档"

造成thread close的 可能性很多 ，例如实例正常关闭 或者abort
