11gR1升级R2报错：ORA-00201: control file version 11.2.0.0.0 incompatible

compatible                      = 11.1.0

2.compatiable 设置为11.2.0
SQL> startup mount pfile='/erp/db/tech_st/11.1.0/dbs/initPROD.ora';
ORA-00401: the value for parameter compatible is not supported by this release

initPROD.ora
compatible                      = 11.2.0
