我的datavg无法varyon

本人初学aix,单位新购了P650，因此有了台s70机器可以练手，我便在原来s70机器上将aix4.3升级到aix5.2，可是升级后，新建的datavg却无法varyon，不知何因，特此求助！请多多指教
过程如下：
# lslv -m hd5
hd5:N/A

# lspv
hdisk0 000956984f11b725 rootvg active
hdisk1 00095698d6873c9a testvg

# lsdev -Cc disk

# lsvg
rootvg
testvg

# varyonvg -s testvg

there are no good copies of the descriptor area.

试过cfgmgr没有效果！


exportvg testvg
rmdev -dl hdisk1
cfgmgr
importvg -y testvg hdisk1
出现错误提示：
# importvg -y testvg hdisk1
0516-024 lqueryvg: Unable to open physical volume.
Either PV was not configured or could not be opened. Run
diagnostics.

重新建立vg也出错，提示如下
# mkvg -q -y testvg hdisk1
0516-1182 mkvg Open Failure on hdisk1.
0516-862 mkvg: Unable to create volume group.
