关于ORA-01157和ORA-01110报错的求助

OS版本 aix 5.3
数据库版本  oracle 10.2.0.4  rac

今天客户进行exp时报错
ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 31 - see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110: data file 31: '/dev/pc8.dbf'

我看了一下alert log，13号用户有创建表空间的操作，后来客户解释说 当时是通过em直接创建表空间的，但是创建失败，就删掉了。该数据库表空间是建在裸设备上面的，但是通过em直接创建时，
表空间EMC4DG 竟然completed，而表空间EMC4DG_TEMP 却报错ORA-12913(想不明白为什么会一个成功，一个失败)
现在执行select * from dba_data_files; 查询时，也报ORA-01157和ORA-01110的错误
麻烦大侠们帮忙分析下该怎么解决，谢谢
