ALLSTARS_ORACLE

生产系统不知何故无法访问。技术人员将网卡重新设置后。发现ORACLE数据库挂掉。重启数据库。无法启动

ORA-01221:data file 2 is not the same file to background process
从网上找一些恢复手段都无法解决。
系统是非归档模式
RECOVER DATABASE UNTIL CANCEL USING BACKUP CONTROLFILE,报
ORA-00283:RECOVER SESSION CANCELED DUE TO ERRORS
