数据库启动提示ORA-03113错误

问题描述：今天做实验把日志文件redo02.log删除，然后把另一个日志组redo02.log复制过来恢复，发现开机报错。
SQL> startup

SQL> select open_mode from v$database;
ERROR:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

开始以为是因为复制过来的日志没有online，打算把他online，但提示not connected to ORACLE

alcer_orcl.log日志如下：

请各位大神帮忙看看怎么解决？
