关于ORA-16146: control file enqueue unavailable报错

环境是Oracle  11.2.0.1 单机dataguard 主备，最近几天一直频繁报

google查阅相关资料说是持有CF enqueue超时导致，但是，其报错描述是ORA-16146: standby destination control file enqueue unavailable，并非上述的主库报错内容，并且发现每次都是执行job SYSTEM.SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_01导出job报错，请刘大能否指点一下
