ASM监听报TNS-12542: TNS:address already in use

现在机器上有两个平面（两个VLAN的地址）
一个是
10.172.200.22  业务平面的
一个是
10.172.23.37   管理平面的

但关键现在

10.172.200.30 testdbb

10.172.200.30是业务平面地址，

我想通过管理平面地址去访问ASM实例，所以打算在listener.ora里面配置上管理地址

所以加上了这样一条配置，就是高亮标黄的部分

问题是重启监听器，报错了

不太理解为何ASM要报这个错TNS-12542: TNS:address already in use



如果按照映射关系

testdbb 对应的是业务平面地址 10.172.200.30

不应当和管理平面地址 10.172.23.37 冲突才对啊
