VMware Workstation
os:redhat 5.5
oracle grid infrastructure 11.2.0.1.0 for standalone server

google 搜索到一个类似的问题 https://forums.oracle.com/thread/965106，但按上面的还是没能解决问题，请各位大侠帮忙看下
