数据库出现了ora 7445 之后hung住了

系统 oracle linux 6.3
2节点的 RAC 数据库版本11.2.0.3.0

下午时候节点为报ora 7445 当是也没有注意，后来在一个2节点用
sqlplus  / as sysdba 一直hung在那里，进不去。
本人把2个节点的系统都重启后，系统正常了。
不知道是不是bug.
附件为最近的alert和相关的trace谁有空的话，帮忙分析一下谢谢。
