ORA-00470 错误导致数据库宕机

DB: 9.2.0.4
操作系统的日志没有其他异常，alter_log里出现

附件时间点的CPU负载都不大，我们是每5分钟记录一次

背向天堂

把完整的trace文件发上来吧。还有故障时间点windows事件管理器里面的日志。
