关于listener的一个疑问，请各位老师指点。

数据库版本：10.2.2

操作系统： redhat 5.4

数据库名：PROD
实例名：PROD


使用手工脚本建库，并且运行
@?/rdbms/admin/catalog,
@?/rdbms/admin/catproc,
@?/rdbms/admin/dbmspool 等脚本


随后使用 sqlplus sys/oracle@PROD as sysdba 可以连接到数据库上。
但是，listener.ora 以及 tnsnames.ora 均没有建立。

查询 ps -ef|grep oracle 查得进程
oracle    3797     1  0 08:56 ?        00:00:00 /oracle/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/bin/tnslsnr LISTENER -inherit

求各位老师解答疑问：没有建立 listener.ora 以及 tnsnames.ora  文件，也可以使用 sqlplus sys/oracle@PROD as sysdba方式建立么？求教 listener 监听关于此情况的详细情况。


PS：如有写的不详细的地方，还请各位老师指出，我 再继续补充。

没有 listener.ora  ==> 默认监听  端口 1521
