搭建dataguard时复制数据库的orapw文件出错

duplicate target database for standby nofilenamecheck from active database nocatalog;
在我使用第二句后，执行成功了，但是我想知道我的两个库都没有恢复编录，但是第二句为什么会成功，以及第一句为什么会报错？
