crs_stat -t 遇到 CRS-0184: Cannot communicate with the CRS daemon 错误

环境：AIX+ORACLE 10.2.0.4.0+裸设备的双节点RAC在重启服务器后，执行：
$ crs_stat -t
CRS-0184: Cannot communicate with the CRS daemon.


$ crsctl check crs
Failure 1 contacting CSS daemon
Cannot communicate with CRS
Cannot communicate with EVM


启动也不行，启动不了：
# ./crsctl start crs
Attempting to start CRS stack
The CRS stack will be started shortly
# ./crsctl check crs
Failure 1 contacting CSS daemon
Cannot communicate with CRS
Cannot communicate with EVM
#


求助高手啊，怎么办！！！

至少给出cssd.log吧？ 这个问题很清楚就是css stack没启动，照常诊断就是了 没什么花头

问题已经解决了，裸设备共享存储用的是HACMP实现的，在启动RAC前先启动HACMP就没事了。
