ora-04043 object <name> does not exist

环境：IBM AIX RISC System/6000  10.2.0.4 RAC
问题现像：pl/sql过程在执行过程中提示如下错误：
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 99
ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped stored procedure "BL_CLEAR"
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "BL_CLEAR"
ORA-06512: at "BL_AUTO", line 6
ORA-06512: at line 1

手动编译过程 alter procedure Bl_clear compile;过程提示,ora-04043 object BL_CLEAR does not exis,每次需要删过程重建过程才可以正常使用，之前查到过这是一个bug，但在10.2.0.4上已经修复，求确认？

client 是什么？ oci 还是jdbc?

非常不好意思，前些天较忙。OCI客户端，后来我是通过清除shared_pool暂时处理了，我认为后期应该还会出现。
