rman 命令list failure报错ORA-48227

Symptoms
Lot of messages as below are reported in the Alert.log

Cause
These messages indicate that MMON process is failed to sweep the incidents successfully.
This could be due to corrupt sweep file.
The failure does not affect normal database operation.

Such messages can appear even if upgrade to 11g was not done with proper steps.

Solution
To stop these messages in the Alert.log ,

1. Take a copy of the 'diag' directory located under the directory specified by DIAGNOSTIC_DEST
2. Delete the 'diag' directory.

rm -rf  /opt/oracle/diag

A new ADR will automatically be created, and everything will work fine.
