11g+udev+asm single

Adding daemon to inittab
CRS-4124: Oracle High Availability Services startup failed.
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.
ohasd failed to start: Inappropriate ioctl for device
ohasd failed to start: Inappropriate ioctl for device at /u01/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/roothas.pl line 296.

请直接安装 GI 11.2.0.3 而非 11.2.0.1 ，11.2.0.2以后ORACLE支持out of place upgrade，可以直接安装11.2.0.3 这个版本
