在数据库alert日志中发现下面的报错：

Errors in file /u01/oracle/diag/rdbms/chnrep/chnrep/trace/chnrep_ora_16690.trc (incident=480886):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [6704], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
Incident details in: /u01/oracle/diag/rdbms/chnrep/chnrep/incident/incdir_480886/chnrep_ora_16690_i480886.trc
Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.

数据库相关信息是 linux 6.4 x64 + oracle 11.2.0.4 , 已经升级到PSU8
