crs启不来，报CRS-5017

现象：

./crsctl start cluster -all
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.cluster_interconnect.haip' on 'zhixing-db1'
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.crsd' on 'zhixing-db1'
CRS-2676: Start of 'ora.crsd' on 'zhixing-db1' succeeded
CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.cluster_interconnect.haip start" encountered the following error:
Start action for HAIP aborted. For details refer to "(:CLSN00107:)" in "/opt/app/grid/product/11.2.0/grid/log/zhixing-db1/agent/ohasd/orarootagent_root/orarootagent_root.log".
CRS-2674: Start of 'ora.cluster_interconnect.haip' on 'zhixing-db1' failed
CRS-2679: Attempting to clean 'ora.cluster_interconnect.haip' on 'zhixing-db1'
CRS-2681: Clean of 'ora.cluster_interconnect.haip' on 'zhixing-db1' succeeded
CRS-4705: Start of Clusterware failed on node zhixing-db1.
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

请协助，需要日志请告知。

第二个问题另开贴了。。

上个问题搞定，是由于重启后心跳网卡没起来造成，厚厚

另一个问题：

关于memory_target这个参数
机器的物理内存是12G
将/dev/shm的值改为10G
memory_target的值设置成8G
但数据库停了后却起不来
报memory_taget不支持
用df查看发现

1. tmpfs                  10G  8.0G  2.1G  80% /dev/shm

复制代码

重启服务器后变为

1. tmpfs                  10G  56K  9.9G  1% /dev/shm

复制代码

但启动crs后又变成

1. tmpfs                  10G  8.0G  2.1G  80% /dev/shm

复制代码

这时启动数据库还是报不支持
将/dev/shm改为20G后

1. tmpfs                  20G  8.0G   13G  40% /dev/shm

复制代码

再启动数据库就ok了

请问
1、怎么彻底清空/dev/shm
2、物理内存是12G，/dev/shm设置成20G会有问题吗？
