sga_target=0,不指定log_buffer，系统如何决定log_buffer给几个Granule

俩个版本一样的库， log_buffer一个是14626816 ，一个是48181248

两个库所在主机的cpu_count不同, cpu_count=32(log_buffer=one granule), cpu_count=64(log_buffer=three granule)
修改cpu_count=1,4,16,32 log_buffer=one granule
修改cpu_count=64,128,256....4096 log_buffer=three granule

以前还有个库(os:hp-ux v2, db:10204)的log_buffer =4M(granule=16M), 遗憾的是没有深究原因就修改了log_buffer
