非归档模式下的联机日志全部丢失，怎么恢复

ALLSTARS_ORACLE

场景：数据库版本 Version 9.2.0.4.0,noarchivelog 模式
      所有的redolog 被删除。
现在只要能把数据库启动起来就可以。

如下：
SQL> startup

针对这种情况的恢复方法，我只查到
如果没有备份，可能只能用_allow_resetlogs_corruption=true来进行强制恢复了，但是，这样的方法是不建议的，最好在有Oracle support的指导下进行。

但是试了一下没有成功，不知道可以其他的什么好方法能启动数据库


在
alter database open resetlog
之后，等待了很长的时间没有相应，

最后报
alter database open resetlogs
