求助ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4555], [0]

ALLSTARS_ORACLE

先是oracle11.2.0.1.0报这个错误，然后升级为11.2.0.4.0，主库升级成功，但是一些组建未升级成功，之后还是报此错误，求高手指教，已经折腾半个月，数据库可以启动，但是执行稍复杂的sql就会down掉
