[RAC Clusterware] database 频繁hang

系统:AIX 6.1
数据库:10.2.0.4 RAC
故障描述:
数据库在数据库频繁出现hang,杀掉进程后正常
第一次出怀疑是序列SEQ_SYS没有cache的问题,调整cache后依然出现

部分出现 failed parse 解析失败

shared pool的free memory大幅增长过，shared pool的其他组件都有增长过，是否可能有人手动执行 alter system flush shared_pool?

由于该命令不会记录在alert.log 里所以较难确定。
