问题分析
这和oracle的bug 5649098的描述完全一致。请参考 Note ID 841158.1
导致该异常是因为scheduler job中的AUTO_SPACE_ADVISOR_JOB引起的
解决办法如下：
1. Ignore the error.
2. Upgrade to 11.1.0.7.
3. Rerun the job.
