job任务无法自动执行

操作系统：  Linux x86_64   Release：2.6.18-164.el5
数据库  ：   oracle database  10.2.0.5

问题描述：

cjq0进程无法启动，导致job任务无法自动执行，但手动执行job任务可以成功。
重启数据库后，cjq0进程正常，job任务可以自动执行。但几天之后cjq0进程就会再次死掉。
奇怪的是alert文件没有cjq0进程的错误信息。

1：job_queue_processes 为10，也正常。
2：uptime > 497 days
3：alter system set job_queue_processes=0 scope=both；
   alter system set job-queue_processes=10 scope=both；
  多次切换也不起作用。

建议你上传alert.log 和 AWR 以便进一步分析
