1、考虑较少commit
2、 私有网络传输存在瓶颈， 平均每秒传输为41M
3、考虑把上述INSERT等语句 放到1个节点里运行

确实现在还有好多类似应用的部署都是loadbalance，所以rac争用问题比较突出
