log file sync 等待事件

目前已检查存储网络连接及本地归档路径I/O及私有网络进行检查。使用权用fsdiag诊断大量log file sync等待。sga管理为自动管理，在awr中有收缩现象，使用ADDM建议将sga调整为6g,目前未调整。 log file sync 等待事件,如何排除,请各位大神给予建议。

2，更换到io性能更好的设备上；
3，调整应用，尽量减少commit次数

一个实例 log file parallel write 平均等待36ms 另一个42ms ，而且还是IOPS 只有 200不到的情况下， 这叫I/O没问题？

在数据库创建了一个1Gb大小的表空间，耗时12秒。每秒有80几M，因为系统数据库较好，所以我认为瓶颈不在这个上面。
