CONTROLFILE_SEQUENCE#        NUMBER        Control file sequence number incremented by control file transactions
CONTROLFILE_CHANGE#         NUMBER        Last SCN in backup control file; null if the control file is not a backup

question:
what is diff between CONTROLFILE_SEQUENCE# and CONTROLFILE_CHANGE#?  who maintains the station and when ?

CONTROLFILE_SEQUENCE#：  every time controlfile contents need to be update, for example checkpoint happened need to change the change# in controlfile, then CONTROLFILE_SEQUENCE#  advance, it's the controlfile update times.
CONTROLFILE_CHANGE#：it's hard to explain clearly in chinese, so it's very very hard in english. :)
