解决方案：
修改raw文件属性，数据库可以正常启动。
这个问题由于asm文件属性问题引发，修改raw属性问题消除。 alert日志发出来看看 启动在nomount 到mount 阶段报错：

控制文件是存放在ASM上？ 似乎控制文件有问题，或者ASM就有问题。结合db和asm的日志一起诊断下。
