11.1.0.6.0 VIP offline,RAC节点不时重启

version:crs   11.1.0.6.0
            linux oracle linux 5.4

没有创建数据库，只安装了CRS和RDBMS HOME。

LINUX启动和使用crsctl start crs,crsctl start resource都能启动相关resource,但是过几分钟vip就offline,LINUX自动重启。
OCR权限(raw2)：

hdc 是什么盘？

HDC是光驱。

另外在CRS_HOME/bin目录下产生很多这样的文件，在linux下用strings可见：
