应用偶尔报ORA-12170

应用偶尔报 ORA-12170: TNS:Connect timeout occurred,我在客户端写了一个脚本定时做TNSPING,下面是报错时TNSPING的Trace,看不懂,大神儿们帮忙看看吧:
