10.2.0.5报告600错误，HP机器，刘大一篇文章与此非常相似

1、系统版本10.2.0.5，操作系统HP的11.31
2、宕机时间02：36分左右bildb2实例重启，告警日志只有下面的信息，与刘大的一篇文章中提到的有些相似，但是目前在客户现场，手头没账号，查不了，请刘大帮忙看看

谢了刘大，不过如果写报告的话，这个处理办法是不是要从文档上出？
要给客户写个报告，处理建议，是否需要补丁等等，客户非要出处啊。
这个处理文档能否发给我
