ORACLE 11.2.0.4 rac crs_sotp -alll

从11.2.0.1 升级到11.2.0.4
清理环境再直接安装11.2.0.4
执行命令的时候遇到的一个问题：
crs_stop -all
ASM 实例abort 了。
