Oracle RAC votedisk从ASM迁移至nfs

系统环境：linux 6.4
Oracle database:11.2.0.3.9
GI:11.2.0.3.9

我是想测试一下将votedisk从ASM迁移到nfs上来，所以找了些文档作为参考，并一步步执行，但是到最后迁移时遇到问题。
我的步骤如下
用了一台服务器来当nfs服务器配置是这样的
#/etc/export
/votedisk       *(rw,sync,all_squash,anonuid=1000,anongid=6000)

两台节点的配置如下
#/etc/fstab
10.1.0.93:/votedisk     /votedisk               nfs     rw,bg,hard,intr,rsize=32768,wsize=32768,tcp,noac,vers=3,timeo=600       0 0

最后挂在没有问题
开始执行最后一步时就遇到了问题# ./crsctl add css votedisk /votedisk/vote
CRS-4258: Addition and deletion of voting files are not allowed because the voting files are on ASM# ./crsctl replace votedisk /votedisk
Now formatting voting disk: /votedisk.
Failed to initialize voting file /votedisk.
Change to configuration failed, but was successfully rolled back.
CRS-4000: Command Replace failed, or completed with errors.不知道我这样是否可行，有没有前车之鉴。大家帮帮忙。
